No one noticed,
not even the nosey lady in charge who was busy painting her nails (I THINK)
Slowly, he creeped to the edge.
Closed his eyes and put his hands to a prayer.
His mouth mouthed, "Bismillahhirahmanirahim.."
And with one last flight of bravery he leapt from the slide.

Upon reaching the playroom floor,he smirked.
Proudness inching off every part of him.

she went up and down the escalators hehe!

E&I even wanted to convince her to go up the escalators again just so we can get another picture!

Had lunch with them at Sushi ZanMai on Thursday.

Haven't seen Rach in ages so we were overjoyed!

The airport has always appealed to me.

Today I went to school and played hide and seek with Sofia an Baizura at the play ground.
It was hot. So Teacher Madelene gave us some cold orange jus.
My casen, Atira come to school late again. She fell asleep during Maths time and Teacher Madelen wake her up for break time.
Today we went swimming too.

I used to spell DIARY as DAIRY until my 'sister' SAMBO pointed it out to me.
AND I used to say MATHS time, not MATH.
JUS, juice haha!

And after sometime, mummy had never managed to dissuade me from writing in my diary.
Even at night after mummy tucked me in, I'd go to the toilet and write.
I was addicted but I loved reading my previous pen downs.
It was like a personal story book I wrote for myself.
Maybe that's what led me to my love for reading & writing.
I've never looked back (:

I can't find my old old old diary but I found a recent one form Grade Six.
I was in SKTM at that time, having moved from Sri Inai.
And eventhough I had only been in SKTM for a mere 3& a half years, I felt more at home than I ever did.
I was...
happy or maybe content.

I was in the first class from standard 4 to 6, as those were the years were streaming was introduced.
So I was with people I was familiar with.
In fact.
I think most of us who were in the first class stayed there till the very end.

I think why I was happy was because I was comfortable there and everyone was so united.
As I flip through the cloured pages of my youth,
I see countless 'FAMILY TREES'.
I think we had like 6 or 7 till we were finally satisfied.

I REMEMBER!
AH POH, Li Tng and Kien Hou, were the grandparents on one side.
And Stefan and I THINK Esther or Marion was the other pair.

OH YA at that time, we were all going through a super awkward adolescent period so NO ONE was hot, so Stefan wasn't hot yet otherwise I would totally VOLUNTEER to be the wife, so to speak.

Even when swerving, and all eight of us were like

and the boys would laugh at us from the other car.
And after the runs, Cikgu Sazali always bought me ice lollies!

But because I was in choir, I had to go back to school sometimes for practice.

Her dog was terrified. it just hid under the seats when we came in.

At times I had to choose between choir or athletics practice.

OH the simple plan concert which everyone was so obsessed about too.
She wrote about all her good memories, past mistakes and whishes she could stay on.

And wonders if all her friends will still be her friends in the years to come.

It's twelve,I'm going to school tomorrow.
I can't sleep.
Lynnie is on my left, listening to my iTouch because I'm such a good cousin.

Right now I really long for a comfortable sofa to sink into,good company and someone to talk to.
My thumbnails are finally growing back but I'm starting to bite them again.
The room looks like it's leftovers from a tornado.
The closet is full of clothes,just thrown in and crumpled to one corner.

The photographs on my walls look tired.
Like they're sick of pretending to look like how they are in there.
Frozen into one sole postion.
In one photo frame sits a lone area.Empty.
I took out that photograph some time ago and I even found the courage to rip it.
The faces are still intact though.
I still don't have the guts the throw it away.

Three new workbooks sit on my study table.
Fresh and unopened, still smelling of the printers in the factory they were once shipped from.
History,Math and Add Math.
I tried to read Add Math, I tried to understand and try a sum but I felt faint and put the book down.
Then I laughed.
Not in the sense of failure but the fact that now I actually have to do TWICE the amount of Math I've been trying to do.
